• We will also provide details to advise how to gain all records and data held by the school and Local Authority for your child.

In your message it is helpful to provide the following details;

• Brief details of the special educational needs of your child.
  
• Please confirm if your child has an EHCP – if so please provide the date of the annual review.
• The type of school they are currently registered with (mainstream / or special school, Local Authority Maintained, Academy or Independent).
• The type of placement that you would prefer.
• An outline of what difficulties you are experiencing and provide details of any deadlines.
